WHAT DATA DO WE PROCESS?
Browsing data
The IT systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire certain personal data during their normal operation, the transmission of which is implicit in Internet communication protocols.
These are data not collected to be associated with identified individuals but could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
Such data include IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, addresses in URI notation (Uniform Resource Identifier) of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the server response status (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and IT environment.
These data are used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to monitor its correct functioning. They are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of potential cybercrimes against the site. Apart from this case, web contact data does not persist for more than seven days.
Data voluntarily provided by the user
The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of messages to the email addresses indicated (including helpdesk) on the site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s email address, necessary to receive and respond to requests, as well as any other personal data provided by the user.
Data provided through forms on the site for submitting requests (identification and contact data, and other provided data)
Submitting requests (general information requests, demo requests, webinar registration or access requests, document download requests, etc.) through the forms on the site entails the acquisition of the common personal data requested in the forms.
Data provided for newsletter subscription
Submitting data in the newsletter subscription form (name, surname, email) results in the inclusion of these data in the Controller's newsletter database.
Data contained in the Curriculum Vitae
If you decide to send your curriculum vitae to the address provided in the “Work with Us” section, the personal data contained therein, as well as any other specific data you voluntarily disclose, will be processed by the Controller.

ARE YOU OBLIGED TO PROVIDE US WITH YOUR DATA?
Apart from what is specified for browsing data, we remind you that providing your data is optional. However, without it, we may not be able to respond to your requests or provide the requested services.
Providing data for processes that require consent is optional, and failing to provide it will not prevent you from using the products/services offered by the Controller. WHY (PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS) AND FOR HOW LONG DO WE PROCESS YOUR DATA?
Processing and managing requests submitted through forms on the site or by writing to one of the email addresses listed on the site
We will process your data to satisfy requests submitted by emailing the addresses on the Site or filling in the forms on the site.
The legal basis for this processing is the necessity of fulfilling your request.
We will process these data for this purpose for as long as necessary to satisfy your request, and we will keep them for a subsequent period of one year.
Newsletter subscription
Your data will be processed to keep you informed about new developments regarding the Controller's innovative products and services.
Your data will also be used to invite you to participate in webinars organized by the Controller.
The legal basis for this processing is your consent expressed by clicking the "Subscribe" button under the subscription form or by selecting the appropriate checkbox under the forms.
Your data will be stored for this purpose until you unsubscribe.
Staff recruitment and job offer proposals
Your personal data will be processed for purposes related to staff selection and assessment or to propose job offers matching your professional profile.
The legal basis for this processing is the adoption of pre-contractual measures.
Data processed for this purpose will be kept for a period not exceeding six months from the end of the selection process or the submission of your CV.
Site management and maintenance
Your data, particularly browsing data, will be processed by the Controller to enable and facilitate navigation on the site and to ensure adequate security, integrity, and availability. Additionally, these data may be used to obtain anonymous statistical information on site usage and to verify its correct functioning.
The legal basis for these processes is the Controller's legitimate interest in ensuring the proper functioning and use of the Site.
The data will be deleted after processing.
Asserting, exercising, or defending a right in legal proceedings
Your data may be used by the Controller to determine liability in case of potential cybercrimes against the Site and, generally, to assert, exercise, or defend a right in legal proceedings.
The legal basis for these processes is the Controller's legitimate interest in ensuring the proper functioning and use of the Site.
The data will be retained for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purpose.
HOW WILL WE PROCESS YOUR DATA?
Your data will be processed using paper and electronic means, manually and automatically, suitable for ensuring their protection, security, and compliance with GDPR principles, particularly transparency, lawfulness, and fairness.
WHO WILL WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH?
For the purposes described above, your personal data will be known to our employees and collaborators.
For management or IT support needs, your data may also be accessed by entities assisting us in these areas. Outside these cases, your personal data will not be disclosed.
WHERE WILL WE PROCESS YOUR DATA?
For the above purposes, Personal Data will be processed within the European Economic Area (EEA). If transferred to Third Countries, in the absence of an adequacy decision by the European Commission, the requirements of the applicable data transfer laws to Third Countries, such as Standard Contractual Clauses provided by the European Commission, will still be respected.
WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS?
We are obliged to respond to your requests to know how and why your data is being processed; to correct incorrect data, complete incomplete data, and update outdated data; if requested, to delete data and limit processing; to provide you with your personal data in a commonly used and readable electronic format or transmit it to another Controller you indicate. Additionally, since you have given consent to a specific processing, you may request its discontinuation if you no longer agree.
